Carcass @ the Grand

Carcass played San Francisco on 19 September, at the Grand Ballroom. Their opening acts were Aborted, Rotten Sound, 1349, and Suffocation. We missed Rotten Sound, and got there for the last two songs of Aborted. 1349 were really good. Suffocation had some sound problems, but the crowd loved them, and they even blew out the speaker in Jonny's camera. Carcass ruled your face, as always. Michael Amott and Daniel Erlandsson from Arch Enemy were playing with Bill Steer and Jeff Walker. Awesome.

(And, yes, I did have Jeff Walker's and Bill Steer's names mixed up originally. Sounded right at the time, which was after the show, about 4 am.)
