i'm just waiting for someone to mail me their copy to borrow! i saw it at Borders and was shocked at how thick it is! I bought too many other books, I couldn't bring myself to toss it into the pile, too.

To everyone else who I sucked into (ha! geddit?) this phenomenon, be advised that the books go downhill from #1. not that I won't be buying #4, but, yeah, they just get more and more fucked up in the messages that they're sending their target audience--which is, thank pete, none of us. But if I had a daughter I'd give her like 18 different lectures before I let her read them.
