Trying to wash my worries away...Hm. I wonder if I could Get enough of a grip on the toering. ![]() ![]() Let me explain the title and picture here....

I have had a tough time of things lately (as most of you will know if you visit my stream regularly). I've not wanted to do anything, go anywhere, make plans for now or the future. And mostly, too scared to sunbathe and make the most of the beautiful weather the UK is experiencing at the moment for fear of getting skin cancer again (even though I had it on the sole of my foot and it wasn't due to sunbathing!) So, last friday (30th June) I slapped on sun cream (SPF 50), grabbed my camera and a bottle of water and embarked on a walk to one of my favourite peaceful places. I';m not sure why I ended up here, but I couldn't help being drawn to this part of the river, it has such a claming sound of soft splashing water down the rocks. I sat down on the edge of the rocks, kicked off my sandals and emersed my feet in and "tried to imagine" all my problems, fears, worries and recent loss and upset drainning down my body and out through the soles of my feet where they would float off down the river leaving me cleansed and less occupied. I sat there for ages, smiling, then sobbing.... and afterwards I feel "different"... i think it was a positive start to getting back to being Spiz again. So I will continue to do this whenever I feel the "urge" and hopefully it will help me, since it can't really hurt, can it. Thank you once again, for all the support, kind words, and emails. You have given me a feeling that I am not alone through this horrible time. *hugs* CommentsMs Footlover says:Very sexy and nice photo shot too

That looks refreshing, certainly sat here in the heat. Hope all troubles do eventually get washed down that river.
