apple honey challah

apple honey challah by spinphase.
Recipe: apple honey challah from Baking and Books.

I went to the grocery store at 9pm last night because I ran out of flour midway. This loaf is totally worth it. Flavors? Excellent, especially the spices and honey.

Used fresh grated apples (with juice squeezed out and saved for the next morning's breakfast!) instead of dried ones.

[MSH0408]: honey.
[Something New]: round challah weaving.

Thanks! This round weave method turned out to be much easier than normal braiding, for me.

More motivation for me to develop better bread skills :) I miss cooking together too, come home soon!
