Tutti OOAK~ Barbie's little Sister

Barbie and Skipper's little sister Tutti is always so much fun for me to do. She has those beautiful, big blues eyes and that little impish smile. She is the picture of innocence, no matter how she is restored. Her friend Chris, has a more "grown up" look, but is just as charming as her friend Tutti.
