Hong Kong after a storm front had cleared off towards the West. To me what is really interesting about this image was that there were about 5 other photographers at this location with me and not ONE of them was taking shots of this. They had all come up there to shoot sunset and were oblivious to, what was for me, amazing lighting conditions at the time and were instead yelling at each other in Cantonese. One of them had a nice medium format Hasselblad setup and didn't roll off a single frame. To me the MOST important thing about photography is observing the world around you otherwise you miss opportunities when they arise. In the blink of an eye this light had dissipated never to return.

I totally agree with what you say in your photo description. Find wonderful lights instead of just "focus" on the "great and expensive equipment"
