Shot this morning before going to the office. Decided to take that paved road leading north in Redmond. Fog was around, i managed to obtain 5 good shots on about 100. as usual.
it's only after chimping a bit, that i noticed there were two guys in the middle of my viewfinder. it made me wait a bit in order to have them go where i wanted in the compo. not as good as i would have liked, but i still love the shot.
and YES, i really LOVE that 70-200
often photographers say that nothing beats a prime when it comes to learning composition, as you're not relying to the zoom. i would tend to disagree. it's just that you frame differently with a prime, you try to obtain the best out of a lesser pannel of framing possibilities. but when it comes to composition, i personally believe a zooming lens is the best option.

Amazing, dramatic light, well captured, and the two guys (better check with Ray to see if they are zombies) are perfectly placed! Is this the natural light or did you do some processing?

An amazing capture! It was well worth the wait to get the two men in right position. Also, thanks for sharing your photo tips and opinions. They're most helpful.
