To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

I think they put things like this in pet stores to let people buy sex toys that would normally be terrified to enter an adult toy store.

And yes, on the back it actually claims "ready for use".
