If I put these hands in my pockets, I will be arrested for carrying concealed deadly weapons. Knowhutimean?

I knew it was nerdy to like Jim Varney when I was a kid, but I didn't care. :) He made me laugh, and I still remember him as a sweet and wonderful and funny man who would do anything to make people smile. Yada yada yada! *sniff* Anyway, after I got the 4th request for Ernest Goes to Camp today, I decided to go for it! :D You can bet your ~~bottom dollar~~ sweet ass that I'll be watching this again the next chance I get.

And thanks to the wonder of the internet (and the generosity of people with way more junk and time on their hands than I), I love that I actually get to see things like this 1984 Good Morning America interview with Joan Lunden. Thanks, internet! :D

you should TOTALLY make a book of maybe not the best 'bad' movie...one that maybe would have marked the end or bankruptcy of this book series...but then have the book number torn off, folded over or otherwise obscured. that way you can say it was the 'last book in the series', but never actually paint yourself in a corner of numbers and still do these infinitely.

ernest goes to camp would have been a good death knell for the bookk company, so you will really have to think of a better bad movie. i'm still holding out for battlefield earth, myself.
