ducks butt

Taken at Heather and Jay's horribly murky duck pond. Canon EOS 350D, Tamron 70-300mm (192mm) f/5.0 1/500sec ISO 100, handheld, strong midday sunlight. Manipulated using Gimp/Linux, increased contrast slightly and adjusted colour curves, enabling the water to look thoroughly swimmable. I would be happier if I had framed the duck over to the right rather than the left, more practise.
