Yawn !!!!!!!!!
Mafuta is bored of playing with us. Yes, I played with the lions :)
Even though the six lions were just 15 months old, they were still dangerous. But we had the protection, a thin stick was saving us from six lions, yes you read it right - a thin stick... The lions were trained to not do anything when there is a stick touching them. Photographed at Casela Nature Park in Mauritius Commentscockahoops says:In Kerala - the land of elephants, the
elephants are trained the same way. The
mahout would keep a thin stick leaning on its
leg and the elephant would not move its leg
lest the stick would fall off. Mahouts
generally keep the stick like that go for a
tea or a quick nap under elephants legs.
Though it doesn't mean that public can play
with elephant having a thin stick :)
Kunal_Clicks says:Alosh, "cute" was not even a
thought that time. "Scared" would
be more like it... Actually the only time I
was afraid of them was when the trainer
handed me a 1 inch thick stick saying
"For your protection" ... Would you like to comment?Sign up for a free account, or sign in (if you're already a member). |

Oh cute! But I guess that would be the last thought that will cross your mind when you are in the same enclosure with them.
Playing with lions would make wonderful beer talk, "one time when i was in Mauritius,.." And you dont have to lie too!
