David Minehan / The Neighborhoods The Neighborhoods won the first WBCN Rock & Roll Rumble 30 years ago. They played at the 30th annual rumble on April 25th after the three competing bands finished up and the judges tried to figure out who to pick as the winner. (Girls Guns & Glory won.)
