I gotta admit to not being a fan back then, and it was all part of the BDO festival... the first time that BDO went nationwide. But their performance converted me, despite Corgan being in a foul mood and almost finishing the set early. He stopped a song so the band could stare down at some guys who were moshing during one of their quieter moments and Corgan thought the crowd should have been more relective.

The fact that the clowns in the audience were still moshing whilst there was only silence didn't help the situation...

During that BDO, I got to see Soundgarden, the Ramones, and Bjork... although the Pumpkins did it for me that night :)
