Lovely peachy crepes which were nice and light, filling but not heavy.
I can't quiet decide how to categorize this meal. Is is for breakfast, brunch, lunch, an appetizer, main meal or dessert? I think all of them, just not on the same day. :-)

The secret is the flat crepes pan which we bought in Quimper (France). Makes great low-fat crepes.
