What if...the Hollywood Tower Hotel was Disney's newest resort? How nuts would that be! Would it have an in-resort drop for guests only?

The lobby would HAVE to be exactly the same as the ride, to keep that vibe, and I would hope that the check-in would have some portion in the boiler room.

If this was ever done, and done right, I don't think I'd ever stay anywhere else. Every trip would be "HTH? Yep."

When I was prepping this photo last night, I was giving it a run through Photomatix and simply couldn't control myself. Every time I made a move on the slider it just got more and more beautiful, so naturally all the notches were veering towards the right. But who cares if it's a bit over-processed, it's incredible! :D

More on topic: I absolutely cannot wait for the new Fantasyland to begin opening, and I'm dying to have dinner in the Be Our Guest restaurant. Every progress photo I see of the construction makes me want it to be done faster. It's going to be something else have a whole new section to an already incredible, and big, park. And the photos opportunities, mmm...

So clearly I can't wait, how about you?

The Magic Kingdom at night is absolutely gorgeous, and the cast members are super nice about letting you stick around to take photos.

I was able to have a quick conversation with one of the PhotoPass shooters and she told me something interesting: when the park closes, the message never tells you to leave, it simply reminds you that the official closing hour as passed. According to her it's very rare that you'll ever be forced out of the park.

Small things like that solidify WDW as my favorite place to visit and photograph.

Have you ever gone on an expedition at night? It's wild!

As if Expedition Everest wasn't incredible during the day, at night it really comes to life. The indoor portion is completely dark (even moreso than during the day) and when you're outside, the view of AK is beautiful.

It's a shame that catching this park in the dark can be tough, as the schedule typically has it closing earlier in the evening. If you get a chance, though, try and visit when you can stay after sundown -- the park was made for it.
