Today's post is a spontaneous portrait of my friend Lindsey, just having an iced coffee drink before heading out to enjoy an autumn day.

A couple weeks ago I did a collaborative random-stranger shoot 'photo walk' on the UAA campus with my photographer friend Nicola. We came across two Russian-American students playing ping pong in the Student Union building. I think we both photographed this guy. Love the t-shirt.

This guy was one of the first people that I asked for a portrait on the UAA campus. He was studying in one of the long, glassed-in sky bridges that UAA calls 'spines'. I also like his UAA Seawolves hat!

"Be Love"

This photo was made last summer at a First Friday art open house event. The women are modeling lingerie made from re-purposed materials. They were set up in the shoppe window of a local boutique called Octopus Ink, and drew the attention of passing pedestrians outside. All of this was accompanied by live accordion music playing something french sounding. The models would change places and poses with each new song.
