What a beaut.

What a beaut.

Original M1 Garand, receiver manufactured in early April 1944, and re-barreled for the Korean War. Everything's Springfield Armory made.

God, this moment was long overdue.

She's so beautiful.

M1 Bayonet

M1 Bayonet

Most recent purchase - a M1 bayonet. 1942 Union Fork & Hoe manufacture, it's a 16" cut down to 10".

When I got it, it was still packed in grease...yum.

Mmmmm apples.

Mmmmm apples.

Biomorphic Transformation project for Applied Drawing. Just the rough stage, I'm turning an antique Bonanza apple peeler/corer into a deformed apple tree. Gear's a little wonky, but it'll be fixed in the next drawing.

Graphite, 2012.
