I'm Havin' a Crisis

This was stitched by my mother and hung at her desk in my dad's law office, where she was secretary. I grew up in my dad's office, so now I have a deep, abiding love for legal pads, Paper Mate Flair felt tip pens (all office supplies, really), and so-called "office humor".

It's funny that if someone were making this now it would have a couple of layers of irony on it. I was hoping this was part of a series and that you'd have "You don't have to be crazy to work here - but it helps!" or "You want it when?"

My sister has the "You want it when?" needlepoint, blast it! Next time I'm home, I'll get a photo of it!

I understand your office supply fetish, my mom was an accountant while I was growing up and I LOVED going to work with her! I have a stapler preference because of it, and there is *nothing* like a brand new pad of paper. :)

I want to cross stitch this.
