The Dichotomy that is my life. That, and I'm convinced Sunflower Market is trying to sabotage me. On my way to pick up the totally healthy spelt organic tortillas I pass the bakery case and notice they offer free cookies. Oh man. And they're the really good soft frosted sugar cookies. And... breakfast.

These things should be illegal.

This Monday morning I donned my jeans and my Steve Madden imitation Uggs and a gnarly brown tweed sweater (my mister said I looked very "Colorado-y") and got my arse out the door early. I met with some fellow artists at a local coffee shop for tea and conversation ~ a thank you from our shop owner (Caboodle) for being her top selling vendors of 2011. What a nice way to start a busy week. :)

Today is my Father in law's 88th birthday. He is a lovely man. And all he wanted was a late breakfast at VI. (But I baked him a bunch of chocolate chip cookies anyway.)
