Salombos

Salombos by *snapdragon.
Getting behind posting class stuff. If scheduled right you can really crank out a lot of product in a day! And I'm about 7 products behind in posting. I'm loving class so I really want to get as many pics as I can to keep for posterity. However we're eating everything too quickly at home to keep up!

These salombos are made with choux paste and filled with vanilla pastry cream. Another way to assemble is to place the puff caramel side down on top of an almond after it's dipped. The top comes out nice and even and when you have a large number of puffs everything looks uniform. Very Pretty!
