My kind of ballet.
The well timed actions of the driver, car and pit crew when car comes into the pits is my type of ballet. Hopefully someone out there will be able to identify car, driver, photographer and event. I just (Dec 16) go an email from John Edgar's son Will, he sent me the following:
"Good to hear from you. Yes, it’s the John Edgar 410 Sport 0598 CM in this case wearing #88, whereas the car usually wore #98. Edgar Chief mechanic Joe Landaker in white is on the left rear tire. Appears to be Nassau December 1958, with Bruce Kessler coming out of the car. I have it that the car was a DNF there, probably while running the Nassau Trophy race. Glad to contribute!"
