Frank J. Davis’ frontline photographs and images portray life during World War II, including images from Washington, DC; Italy; France; and Saipan. Shown here is a set of black and white photographs and a rare group of color slides depicting the tragic aftermath of the battle of Monte Cassino, as well as other items from the collection.
