Moving

So here's one reason why I've been a bit distracted and busy these days: My wife and I are moving to a duplex apartment in an old Victorian-style house near Green Lake. We move the bulk of the stuff this weekend (movers on Saturday with the furniture and heaviest stuff, friends and a borrowed truck for as much of the rest as possible Friday night, Saturday morning, and Sunday).

Due to a communications breakdown between Speakeasy and Covad, my DSL installation date is a little later. The copper loop is installed next Wednesday, and the line itself won't be activated until the 12th (as I understand it). I have to work from my old home pretty much full time until the following week, and I don't expect to be uploading any new photos after I shut down my personal desktop computer on Saturday morning. I should be reachable on e-mail/Flickr mail during the days, but I won't really be back for more than a week.

Don't burn the place while I'm gone! If anyone local really likes carrying boxes up stairs, please let me know. This'll go a lot faster (the moving, anyway) with more help.
