I made this flourless chocolate cake for a coworker's birthday. It really couldn't have been easier. It weighs like 8 pounds, and that'sbefore it hits your hips.
I might use 70% instead of 62% chocolate next time, a little espresso powder to further magnify the chocolate taste. Those are white chocolate shavings on top, because Fresh Direct sent me the wrong stuff, and I didn't know what else to do with such a vile ingredient. Recipe over here.
