From Billy's Bakery on 9th Avenue. Seriously, skip their cupcakes and icebox cake and all that other stuff people wait on line for. I'll never get it. But this is the best peanut butter cookie I've ever had in my whole life (they make it with an without chocolate chips) because it has both chunky peanut butter and peanut butter chips. It's sprinkled with superfine sugar.

I try to limit myself to one only once in a very long while. It's been two months. It was worth it.

Much Belated Update: I did indeed triumph over these cookies some time late. Now you can make your own.
