Sadly, wonton wrapper dumplings really, really really don't steam well. Their skins are too thin, and the dough practically falls apart. Mucho aggravation. In the end, I carefully plopped them into an oiled pan, and made pot-stickers, which were far more structurally sound.

Vegetable dumpling recipe from Alton Brown. I liked them very much, but I'm still searching for *the* recipe.
