Last time, I made 24 half-size bagels, which were really a great size. This time I realized that the recipe's indication that it should make 12 bagels is REDONK. They'd be beyond enormous. It makes 16 full size bagels, 24 perfectly slightly more petite ones or 32 actually mini bagels. And yes, I'm noting this to remind myself too. I forget things a lot.
