chocolate odds, ends
![]() Does anyone else do this? I had a lump of Callebraut chocolate left from the wedding cake ganache, a smidgen of a bag of Ghiradelli chocolate chips and half a chocolate bar in the pantry. So, I threw it all on the scale, found that it was just exactly six ounces and determined it time to make chocolate sorbet. I felt so satisfied using up all of these messy bits.
