Helado de Dulce de Leche was an ARGENTINIAN invention - because we have had so much italian inmigration, is probably closer to gelato- BUT now the big brands scout the word for "NEW" flavors (pleeeeeeeease!) so Haagen Daas was the first one to pick up on this idea and bring it into the USA. But I have to give them credit for creating a good icecream, specially the one that comes with pieces of waffle cone with chocolate! :-)

The one flavor still missing in the USA? SAMBAYON (zabaglione) although you can get it at the argentinian ice cream place in Miami! :-) but in Argentina it has real liquor, and it would be a problem here.

That is the strangest-looking mac and cheese I've ever seen... looks icy and sweet! ;)
