I like the concept of this photo, but I'm not sure that I like the results. Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint exactly why I'm not entirely happy with this one. Hopefully after some helpful comments I can try it again and get a better result.

I would suggest, positioning it more towards the center, and a better focus on it; making the rest of the photo blurry, and maybe even darker. Do I explain myself clearly?? 	BearlyWorking says: #1 (from the IWANT5! group) Great concept, btw. 2 thoughts: with a narrow depth of field you need to make sure that the word "photograph" and its definition is in focus (photocopy is there but some of photograph's defi is not.) It looks like that's what you're going for and will help separate out the key word from the rest of the page. The other thing to do is to increase the contrast so that the white of the page doesn't look gray. Posted 35 months ago. ( permalink )
