We made a bruschetta pizza tonight and it was sooooo good! Super-easy too, since I already had a fresh batch of bruschetta on hand. Just dough, "juice," a little mozz Daiya, bruschetta, and a dash o' vegan parm. Perfection!

I would call it my new favorite, but I say that about all the pizzas.
