Louisiana State Animal Response Team (LSART) is an organization of groups and individuals with an interest in animal well-being related to emergencies or disasters. This includes governmental agencies, veterinarians, animal control officers, humane organizations, and citizen volunteers. LSART works as a volunteer partner under the authority of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry (LDAF) in Louisiana's emergency planning structure.
