Yep, it is. You need a very powerful machine and high-end graphics card to render these. I'm using a PC with:

Intel Pentium D 3.40Ghz Dual-Core
2GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8600GT (Manufactured by Inno3D)

The Shadow Draft requires a Nvidia Geforce 8 or 9 series GPU to render it, preferably 8600, 8800, 9600 or 9800. I don't think Geforce GTX 260 and 280 are supported at the moment.
