The chair of the interrogations, an instrument of torture very used by the Inquisition, and that is precursory of the present electrical chair. One seated the victim and tied by the wrists and the ankles. In order to increase the pain of the blades, the victim were beaten or weights were put above to him. Also live coals were placed under the chair, that was made of iron.

La silla de los interrogatorios, un instrumento de tortura muy utilizado por la Inquisición, y que es precursor de la actual silla eléctrica. Se sentaba a la víctima y se la ataba por las muñecas y los tobillos. Para aumentar el dolor de las cuchillas se golpeaba la víctima o se le ponían pesos encima. También se colocaban brasas bajo la silla, que era de hierro.
