      Great pic - we stopped on that bit of road the day the race went through - where you were stood to take the pic was snow last week!

      Thanks for the kind words. I remember standing there thinking...if I get these shots right, this could be a really cool picture. I think that a lot, but it rarely seems to happen. It did this time though. This picture makes me happy.

      Cody - I used a Nikon 14-24 2.8, three shots stitched together with AutoPano Giga Pro, then processed in Nik Software's black and white conversion program, SilverEfex Pro.

      Just came back from the Dolomites. Didn't ride the Giau, but wow, what a great area to ride, hike and photograph (LR currently ingesting my GBytes of photos ;-)). Great shot, I like it!
