House entry
Our Carpenter Gothic inspired house faces east so the long side gets lots of light. Inside, the house is 572 square feet. Outside it is 14' wide and 43' long. The dining room bumps out an additional 6' on the south side of the house. The house is insulated to about R40. The house was built on wheels so we can take it with us if we move.

Door detail
Crescent moon doorbell - sort of a joke in such a small place but we found it at an auction and just couldn't resist installing it. The carved trim was created by friends in China. Tim brought it home in his luggage.
