It's that time of season and there's no shortages of corn on the BBQ this year!
Well, actually there is. This was the first time I had corn on the cob this season. Hopefully it won't be the last as this was one great BBQ!
Rub some butter around the corn, then dabble some soy sauce around and give it a good grill to get that smoky soy sauce flavour in the air. A definitive Japanese BBQ smell that everybody will like!
