CAKE FAIL

It was a banana and toffee pudding cake with maple syrup buttercream.

The cake itself collapsed in the middle during baking. My solution was to fill up the dent with the buttercream while it was still warm = melted icing and moist, gooey cake (which is the best kind of cake when you think about it). Hence, when cut open, the insides poured out.

So ugly but so delicious.
