Rainbow cake

    Cake recipe from www.omnomicon.com/rainbowcake, but with home-made vanilla cream cheese icing instead of that 'low-fat pudding' silliness.
    Very tasty/moist. The colour shown is fairly close to the real thing except for the red (I didn't enhance contrast, but red came out really bright in the photo for some reason). Baked in 8 inch pans.
