Fortune Cookies

For "Day in the Life of"(DILO) Group.

I had chinese food for dinner, which naturally means fortune cookie revelation following the meal. My first fortune cookie indicated that "(I) will show what (I am) capable of." My back-up fortune wisely stated that "An hour with friends is worth more than ten with strangers."

The fortune in the back-up cookie made me think about how lucky I was to have loyal friends, many of whom have been with me since grade school. I guess I didn't need a cookie to illuminate my good fortune after all. :)
