Sunday at Di Fara

Dom seems to be burning the pies these days, at least on one side. (Further evidence here.) The cheese on our pie had pockmock burns on it and seemed to have been cooked so much as to have "set" instead of oozing around in a soupy layer as usual for the first several minutes out of the oven.
