Insomnia.
Is something I really don't suffer with. In fact, I could plead guilty and be charged as such with the crime of ignoring time and sleeping through any alarm, whatever my activities might be for that day. I hate being defined by time - but as Albert Einstein quite rightly said: “The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once.” For me however, things happen whilst I snooze. And I need to break the habit of near-breaking the Blackberry Alarm Clock every morning. I shouldn't avoid waking up. I should be productive. Damn time. Now bedtime.
