Road to nothingness

Road to nothingness

This is usually a very busy bit of a highway between Perpignan and the touristic town of Argelès. When I took the picture, there were about 5-10 cars whizzing every time I took a picture.

I took a bunch of pictures (about 30, 3 sets of different exposures), in the hope of having enough "free space" to mask the pictures and create an emptiness effect. I guess I got lucky.

There's a small shopping centre on the left of the frame, which I cropped out, because the 1x1 format really suited this picture.

Just a quick try at multiplexing some pictures.

Photos taken at Perpignan, just in front of the "Dames de France" (Fnac) building. Assembled using Lightroom and Photoshop.

This is actually the window in the smallish bathroom next to my room, during an early morning.

The LX3 offers a multi-exposure setting which I used to take two different pictures, but with a 45 degree angle between the two.

So, almost no post-processing on this one.
