Model railroad hobo

It seems like a new tradition is starting at Trainfest where volunteers and exhibitors are showing up in costume to wander the show and talk to attendees. Last year there were three guys from one layout dressed like high priests of the model railroad religion. This year, we get this hobo wandering around and, as we see here, in a discussion with the railroad police.
