new headlight

I added a new headlight to my bike this weekend. I had a dynamo-hub powered light that came with the bike but it was mounted on the handlebars and tended to get in my way. It also didn't have the standlight feature. The new light is a Lumotec Oval Plus Senso from www.peterwhitecycles.com.

It's still powered by the hub, but it's mounted at the fender bracket and it's got a little photoelectric sensor so it comes on automatically when it gets too dark. It looks cool so far but I haven't had a chance to come home in the darkness yet to see how well it does. At least in my test rides it lights up and the standlight stays lit up for a bit even when I've stopped.
