new tires and pedals - frontpasela panaracer tourguard 622-32 mks touring pedals - front and rear  Swapped out the tires and pedals. I also reangled the bars on the front to be a bit more like my other bike. I might just be able to move the saddle forward a bit to adjust the reach but I like the drops angled up a little bit, it makes my thumbs more comfortable. And looking at this I may have rotated them a bit too far.
