Oh, yeah, I liked that one. Congrats. Actually, I like the bottom one better. It is interesting how you have drawn the two trucks....there are slight differences when one compares them side by side like this, so you didn't just copy one from the other. Great job.

Budder - the color isn't right on the top one, it doesn't look nearly as washed out in real life. When I was working on my Po-Boy paintings last year I found it easier to work on multiple pieces at one time and I've kept it up with these and the Skelecans that I've been working on lately... same subject but often different results.
I might even go back a do a few more of these Mr. Okra trucks

Mags - the other Mr. Okra is still available - send me a flickr me if your really interested - i "should" be doing Freret Market in October/November/December and the Po-Boy Fest in Late November as well as the Kingpin Market in December (which is totally free and a kick-ass good time you should do it this year)
