Further photo from the previous sheep gauntlet I ran last week in the West of Ireland. This sheep dog has this woolly rabble well under control.

Not quite a Pamplona experience, but nonetheless I ran this Irish gauntlet of herded sheep. Margaret spotted a farmer herding sheep up a "boreen" (Irish for side-road) as we passed. So, we stopped and took the scene in. The sheep dog on left was amazing. It was he doing all the work, and not the car you can see in the distance. This all happened enroute from stunning Silver Strand to Louisburgh in County Mayo, Ireland.

Some compositions happen by accident. I just wanted to get this little guys eye's sharp, and the grass frames his features nicely. Taken at the British Wildlife Centre, Surrey.

This small turtle was a great subject, barely flinching in the afternoon sun. His eye was emerald like.
