I thought you didn't like denim.

I love denim - I live in these. I just don't like sewing with it, particularly heavyweight stiff denim that requires handstitching...!

Ah! I completely misunderstood. And here I was feeling self conscious for wearing jeans when I met you. Not that your opinion of denim should dictate what I wear but, you know, I wanted to make a good impression.

Also, I completely agree. Working with heavy weight denim is the pits.

damejame - no: not my pattern to make and sell, and you'd have to pay me a LOT of money to make more of these, fun as it was, not aproduction line piece!
