The Watchmen

Missing something...
Er, yes, for our sake, though he was completely naked for at least half of the film.
I know it was well unpredictable
A black hip piece works for a kid-friendly version.
not unexpected at all if y'all read the comic.
this gap would have to be my only complaint
You should have put another elastic band round her waist to hide this.
I like it!
Backward Ventress head would be better.
I disagree, as the printing is dark blue, not black.
This head just doesn't fit to me. : /
Nice.
Maybe add a few more vertical bands, for thickness?
I actually like this.
Brown RR helmet+AT-ST trooper head would be better.
I think a less angry face would work better... maybe Luke? And why not just Photoshop the symbol on?
I just plain love this head, although I just think the Ventress head fits better. Ah well, either way is good.
Totally awesome.
It looks a lot more like this in the movie.
Absolutely perfect.
Good solution, although Rorschach does state he wears the mask because it only displays black (evil) and white(good) and nothing inbetween, grey (comprimise).
This is a bit of a strange question, but which half of the film?
Where'd you get the hands?
They're photoshopped.
The Watchmen by Sir Nadroj.
All purist (except for Dr. Manhattan, of course!)

From left to right:
The Comedian, Ozymandias, Dr. Manhattan, Nite Owl, Silk Spectre, Rorschach

I like everyone except Rorschach. Maybe you could make his head a reversed Asajj Ventress head?

No, Watchmen was pretty good. Incredibly gory though.

I understand, Jordan. The current head you have for Rorschach is good, but I think the Asajj head looks pretty accurate.

Very neat, great representations of all of theme. How did you make Dr. Manhattan? I do like that idea for a head for Rorschach.

^TOO violent? Wow, never thought I'd hear anyone say that about a superhero/comic-inspired movie. It can't be more violent than Hostel or the Saw movies...but alas I have yet to see Watchmen..

I'd have to say it wasn't to violent, but to bloody (rorschach with the cleaver, that midget with the scroll-saw). I think I'm mentally scarred for life o.0

While it was violent, it was tame compared to many films. I loved it! Few young comic fans realize there was a time in the not so distant past where good guys were all good and bad guys all bad, and they were all kinda boring. Watchmen really changed a lot of that, gave guys in costumes a reason to do what they did. Changed comics into art.

Is it a hard film to swallow? Sure, but worth it. And hey, its just a penis- 95% of you reading this have one too, do you avert your eyes when you're taking a leak too? That might explain why so many of you pee all over the place in public restrooms.

Dr. Manhattan could care less about humanity, he could care less what man thinks of him. He has lost touch with his former self- he doesn't feel shame anymore than he feels hungry. His nudity doesn't make him uncomfortable, it makes you uncomfortable (apparently even in Lego form!), and since he couldn't give a shit about you, he goes naked.

These minifigs really do the originals justice Jordan! I am particularly impressed with your Comedian and Night Owl. I'd love to see you give Dr. Manhattan a glowing effect. That would be interesting to see.

I loved Watchmen. It's definitely not a movie for the younger crowd with it's graphic violence. As for the blue bits and pieces hanging out throughout the film, didn't bother me a bit. I'm kind of glad to see a movie where the male nudity is a bigger deal than the female nudity...pun intended.

Wow! These are great. Personally I've never read it, I don't know it at all, really. But my friend is obsessed, I'll have to show him these! The comedian is great, especially.

^ *facepalm* Jordan does use decals, but he's not restricted by the "customization is the only solution!" mentality too many people these days seem to have.

I'm going to see the movie tomorrow and I was about to make the characters also, but it seems my figures will be stated as "copied from Jordan"; so I won't have to do it.
